Together we are weaving the tapestry of our collective dream of sisterhood that is deeply nourishing and interconnected. Woven Wisdom is a female medicine space. One that uplifts and celebrates each other, and shows us the path to our unique truth.
Our journey connects ancestral ceremonial wisdom & somatic exploration with the aim of deeply bringing you back into your body. We use the 4 elements and 7 sacred directions as guidance for this creation.
As women, we are innately interwoven with the natural cycles of nature. Ever changing, ever co-creating our reality with the rhythms of life.

We take you on a journey of weaving movement, ceremony, ritual, sound, energy healing, nature, and creative exploration to grow, heal, and transform to empower ourselves and one another.
This journey is anchored in an embodied approach to decondition you from being led by the mind to gently bring you back to your heart-centre and how to truly live from this place in your everyday life.
We will explore our cyclical nature in relation to natural elements, seasons, and different female archetypes that live in all of us. Weaving the wisdom of our ancestors, mother nature and our individual life experiences to find our way back to wholeness and activate our deepest potential.
Rewild in Nature
This retreat is designed to honor the web of slow conscious connection through like-minded sisterhood and truth-seeking women. It gives us space to move out of our inner limitations and into our fullness, all through grounding ourselves firmly rooted in the earth and connecting to the higher realms of life.
Cradled in the womb of mother nature, we will unplug and immerse ourselves in her beautiful embrace, rekindling our connection to the natural and unseen worlds. Time to feel fully and wholly reconnect to our intuition and see ourselves reflected in the wisdom of this circle of truth-seeking truth-seeking women.

About the facilitators
Katinka Noack
Katinka is a Transformational Life Coach, Wellbeing Practitioner, Reiki-Sound Healer, and Retreat Facilitator. She is passionate about bringing the sacred into everyday life by integrating ritual and ancient wisdom with the modern world.
From a young age, Katinka has been committed to spiritual curiosity and expansion, immersing herself in traditions and practices such as eastern, indigenous, shamanic, and tantric arts. This rich tapestry of experiences informs her work in transformational life coaching, workshop and retreat facilitation, sound therapy, and energy healing.
Katinka is also the co-founder of a retreat project called Woven Wisdom, which was created with the intention of bringing people together, particularly women, for connection to Self and community. At the heart of her work is a genuine appreciation for the richness of life and a desire to share and discover together with others. Whether through ceremonial work, coaching, or sound healing, Katinka guides people in finding the resources and tools they need to replace unwanted patterns, habits, and stories with their soul’s calling, awakening the ear to our inner whispers and the sacred within.
Working deeply with the body and unconscious, she empowers others to step onto their path of truth, deeper knowing, love, consciousness, and wisdom. Using the sacred triangle as her core navigator, Katinka helps others embrace and embody their fullest potential in a connected and long-lasting way.
Pia Sewelies
Pia is a Ceremonialist, Reiki Master & Facilitator for embodied awakening experiences. She is a yoga and somatic movement teacher and a student of non-dual philosophies and ancient shamanic healing rituals. Pia transmutes ancient practices and traditions into a modern-day language, bridging the gap for deeply transformative and nurturing transcultural experiences. Through her own journey of healing her womb and reconnecting to her feminine essence, she came in touch with many traditional healing rituals of the Americas and deepened her knowledge by joining the work of the women’s collectives ‘Mujeres de Luna’ and ‘Copalera Collectivo’ in Mexico. In her work with women, Pia weaves together practices of eastern, indigenous and shamanic rituals, together with embodied and somatic practices of deeply coming back into the felt senses of our body-mind. She currently studies Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté to expand her knowledge in somatic based psychotherapy and trauma informed practices for facilitation.
